Club president Nigel Wallis said the Bulls are also negotiating with players.
"We're looking to get a few older hard heads involved to help out our juniors,'' Mr Wallis said.
He confirmed that Trae Clark will again be the first grade captain-coach. Clark took on the job for the first time this year.
It was a tough season for the young and inexperienced side, with a win over Forster-Tuncurry being their only success for the campaign.
The Bulls featured in the last game played in Group Three this year on Saturday, August 14 when they were beaten by Wingham in the Krystlea Bridge Cup day at the Jack Neal Oval. The State went into lockdown less than an hour after the fulltime siren.
Paul and Joel Campbell will be in charge of the club's reserve grade next year while the Bulls expect to also settle on under 18 and league tag coaches this week.
Meanwhile Nathan Campbell has been appointed Forster-Tuncurry's first grade captain/coach for next season.
Campbell played SG Ball with Central Coast and has spent time with South Newcastle, Lakes United and Kurri Kurri in the Newcastle first grade competition before joining the Hawks.
Troy Hilder will coach the under 18s with Lyn Eason again in charge of the women's league tag.
