This will be the first LNC grand final played there since the competition was formed in 2008. The Ratz will also be chasing the club's first LNC premiership.
The club successfully hosted semi-final day last Saturday where four matches were played. COVID-19 protocols meant the crowd number was limited to 500. Players and officials were counted in the 500.
Ratz president Jim Boyce said last week the club would consider moving the grand final to the Jack Neal Oval if the club earned the right to host the match.
He believed playing at the Neal Oval would make it easier to control crowd numbers. However, Mr Boyce has confirmed the grand final to be played at the club's headquarters.
There will still be a cap on crowd numbers as per regulations. However, Mr Boyce pointed out that eight sides were involved in last Saturday's semi-final program. Players and officials count in the overall crowd number.

"There'll only be four for the grand final, so that'll free up some space for more spectators,'' he explained.
Mr Boyce said not spectators were turned away from the major semi-final because of the crowd limit.
"We kept a count of the people going in and out of the ground. The most number of people we had in there at the one time was 440,'' he said.
For the first time in years the scoreboard at the ground was in operation, while 2RE general manager Murray Nelson was the ground announcer.
