Action will start at 10.45 with the women's 10s minor semi-final between Manning Ratz and Gloucester.
The men's first grade minor semi-final will be underway from 11.50 when Wallamba meets Barbarian Hogs.
Wauchope and Wallamba will clash in the women's 10s major semi from 1.50 with the Manning Ratz tackling Wauchope in the men's major semi from 3pm.
Winner of the men's major semi-final will host the grand final on Saturday October 3, with the loser to host the preliminary finals on Saturday September 26.
The Ratz finished the competition proper with an unbeaten record to claim the Lower North Coast minor premiership for the first time, with Manning also finishing club champions.
