A 41-year-old Harrington man and a 17-year-old Tuncurry girl will face court next month after being caught by police drink-driving in separate incidents at Harrington and Tuncurry.

About 10.35pm on Saturday, September 12, the girl was stopped by police on Beach Street.
The P-plater returned a positive result to a random breath test, was arrested and taken to Forster Police Station.
Here she returned a 0.091 reading and had her licence immediately suspended. She was charged with mid-range drink-driving and will face Forster Local Court on October 14.

About 4.40am on Sunday, September 13, the Harrington man was driving on Boambee Street when he lost control of his vehicle and hit another vehicle. Police were called to investigate the incident.
The driver was breath tested and returned a positive result. He was arrested and taken to Taree Police Station where he returned a 0.234 reading to another breath analysis.
His licence was suspended and was charged with high-range drink-driving.
The man will face Taree Local Court on October 27.
Meanwhile, a woman will face Taree Local Court on September 29 after allegedly stealing a purse and iPhone from a Taree business.
The incident allegedly occurred about 3pm on Saturday, September 12. Later that day, police identified the phone was at a Wingham address.
Police attended the home and spoke to a 21-year-old Taree woman. She was arrested and taken to Taree Police Station where she was charged with goods in custody suspected of being stolen.
The woman was conditionally bailed to face court.
