A Pindimar man faces numerous charges, including aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death, following a fatal crash near Pindimar in October.

A 64-year-old woman from Bundabah died following a collision on Pindimar Road, near Myall Way, on Monday, October 4.
Police say just before 11.30am on October 4, emergency services were called to a collision involving two vehicles.
The 46-year-old man was freed after being trapped in his vehicle, and airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition. The woman died at the scene.
A crime scene was established by officers from Port Stephens Hunter Police District which was later examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.
On Monday, December 6, the man attended Manly Police Station and was charged with:
- Aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death - speed exceeding 45kph over limit
- Dangerous driving occasioning death-drive speed dangerous
- Dangerous driving occasioning death-drive under influence
- Dangerous driving occasioning death-drive manner dangerous
- Negligent driving (occasioning death)
- Drive with middle range PCA (drink driving)
He has been granted conditional bail to appear at Raymond Terrace Local Court on Monday, January 24, 2022.
