The Hawks Nest development included the consolidation of lots, residential flat building and two torrens title subdivision in Yamba Street, valued at $12.6 million and submitted by applicant Tattersall Lander Pty Ltd.
The Harrington development valued at $10.84 million, will see a community title subdivision and construction of dwellings and roads at Huntington Circuit. The applicant is Willow Tree Planning.
Other major approvals include $1.2 million for the demolition of an existing dwelling and the erection of a new two-storey dwelling with deck at Point Road, Tuncurry; industrial units valued at $750,000 at 41 Kularoo Drive, Forster and a specialised retail premises for equipment hire, at 147 Manning River Drive, Taree South.
An animal boarding and training facility at Bobin, valued at $5000, was also approved.
