"We'll acknowledge the minor premiers in each grade, but not the premiers,'' group chairman Wayne Bridge said.
Mr Bridge said this follows an edict from the NSWRL.
The group management met this week to determine the future of the 2021 season that was curtailed due to the Statewide lockdown on Saturday, August 14. Mr Bridge said earlier in the week the clubs were still keen to play some type of finals series, although he conceded that this was unlikely given the timeframe.
"But the matter was taken out of our hands by the NSWRL when they cancelled all the remaining competitions in the State,'' he said.
He added that realistically, a return to the field was impossible, with community sport not expected to resume until November.
Wauchope finished minor premier in first grade and women's league tag, where the club was unbeaten in both, with Port City on top in reserve grade and Macleay Valley in under 18s.
The group plans to hold a presentation on Friday, October 8, although this will be in consultation with the Wingham Services Club.
Mr Bridge said the player of the year in all grades along with the leading point and try scorers would be awarded as will the group's other major trophies, including the rookie of the year.
