Only two games deferred from July 10 and 11 are to be played, with Old Bar due to host Taree City and Wingham to meet Wauchope at Wingham on Saturday while Port City will play Forster-Tuncurry on Sunday.
"We're supposed to come out of lockdown on Saturday night, so it would be possible to play all the games on Sunday,'' Group Three chairman Wayne Bridge said.
"That would be my preferred option. But we won't be able to make a call until later in the week when we find out what's going on with the lockdown.''
Last Saturday's Taree City/Wingham games went ahead at the Jack Neal, the first grade match finishing just before the State went into lockdown at 5pm.
Minor grades at Wauchope between Port Macquarie and Old Bar were completed. The first grade players were dressed and ready to play, however, the game was cancelled about 2.30, soon after word came through concerning the 5pm lockdown..
Forster-Tuncurry was to play Macleay Valley at Tuncurry on Sunday with Port City due to meet Wauchope.
Mr Bridge expects teams to keep their competition points from the games that went ahead on Saturday, although he will discuss this with members of the group management.
The points will be shared from the cancelled games.
Mr Bridge said the group has contingency plans should the lockdown be extended.
"We're probably a bit lucky that we still have two weeks to go before we're due to start the semi-finals,'' he said.

Group Three's grand final is scheduled for Sunday, September 26. Mr Bridge said the group would be reluctant to extend the season any further.
At the moment the plan remains to play a final five, starting with the semi-finals on September 4 and 5. However, Mr Bridge said if this is not possible due to an extended lockdown, the group could switch to a final four, with matches played over two or three weeks, depending on the time available.
However, Mr Bridge said he would seek input from the clubs before making a decision.
"At the moment we just don't know what's going to happen. It will depend on advice from the State government,'' he said.
