Entries in the 43rd Taree Open Art Exhibition are hung and ready for the exhibition's opening on Saturday, July 3 at Taree High School Hall.

Work will be displayed in a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, ceramics, miniatures and three dimensional works. All works displayed will be for sale.
Well known artist Graham Cox is judging the show.
There will also be a People's Choice Award chosen by the public.
"With more than 300 works on show from artists statewide and plenty of local talent, there's plenty to see," said organiser Helga Visser of Taree Artists Inc.
Along with many local entries, some have sent works from Port Macquarie and even from as far away as Sydney.
The official opening will take place at on Saturday, July 3 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Entry to the official opening is $10 per person.
The exhibition is open from 9am to 4pm every day from Sunday July 4, and ending 2pm on Sunday July 11. Entry to the exhibition is free.
"It's school holidays, so bring the kids," Helga said.
Taree High School hall is on the corner of Albert and Macquarie Streets, Taree.
Masks are compulsory and sanitiser is available. Organisers request people check in with the QR code.
Visitors are required to wear a mask and check in with the Service NSW QR code.
What else is on
The Manning Regional Art Gallery (MRAG) currently has three exhibitions, Ken Done- Paintings You Probably Haven't Seen, Stephen Michael King - Pen, Print, Paint and Pixel, and Barray Marrung Duumu - a small Aboriginal exhibition giving an insight into the strength and resilience of the Biripi and Worimi people.
Stephen Michael-King is an award winning children's book author and illustrator, and his exhibition will delight children, many of whom will be familiar with his work - a good school holiday outing. You can also pick up free NAIDOC activity packs to take home.
The exhibitions are open until Saturday, July 10 at MRAG in Macquarie Street, Taree and is open Tuesday to Saturday - 10am to 5pm.
