Some of these currently running include Let's Walk, Tai Chi and Yoga.
"They help our members to move it and use it," programs officer Heather McLaughlin said.
"As we age, we need to do a bit more to keep ourselves active and alert", she added.
"U3A hopes to offer more active courses next term such as the return of ballroom dancing and a new program called Balance 'n Bones".
U3A offers courses in many other areas too such as, languages, singing, playing musical instruments, philosophy, and table games. U3A is run entirely by volunteers. Course leaders are members helping other members to keep learning for life.
