Ben Sedlen, who was in charge of the team last season, will be joined on the coaching panel by Michael Wallace and James Goldsmith.
Goldsmith is an experienced coach and had worked previously with Taree's junior teams. He has also coached futsal at international level.
Goldsmith will undertake his professional C license course.
Wallace is the Wildcats coaching coordinator. He has his professional C license and is looking forward to helping guide the Wildcats' young squad.
"When I coached before I always sought advice from other people in the club,'' Sedlen said.
"So this will be no different. The coaching job is too big for one person now.''
He assured all three coaches will be on equal terms.
"If we have to we'll have a vote on something we don't all agree on,'' he said.
"It'll be fine.''
The Wildcats will start training on Tuesday January 19 at Omaru Park from 6.30.
Taree will be one of 10 clubs in the Coastal Premier League (CPL), a competition taking in teams from Football Mid North Coast and North Coast Football.
The Wildcats made an 11th hour decision last year to join the competition, filling the vacant 10th spot.
The season was cut to one round when stricter COVID-19 protocols were introduced in August.
The start of the competition was delayed until July because of the pandemic lockdown.
Taree struggled, winning just one game and drawing another.
However, Sedlen said there were promising signs, with a number of young players adapting to the rigours of senior football. He said they'll be better for that experience.
"We'll have a few more young players coming into the club this year,'' Sedlen said.
"But it would be good to get some more experienced players as well.''
He expects the new season to start in April. All ten sides are set to back up from last season.
