About 8.30pm on Saturday, October 3, officers attached to Manning Great Lakes Police District attended the premises to conduct a business inspection and COVID-19 compliance check.
A large gathering was inside during the checks and police identified numerous compliance breaches. Police noticed patrons exceeding the maximum capacity, large groups of tables grouped together and numerous patrons standing up.
As per the current public health order, patrons must be seated.
The penalty noticed was issued for the 'not comply with noticed direction' offence.
