About 1.30pm on Tuesday, October 13, a group entered the lobby of a commercial building on Elizabeth Street before a man and woman began to spray paint the windows.
The man and four women, who were topless, attempted to glue themselves to the windows while the rest of the group remained in the lobby.
When asked to leave by security, the group allegedly refused.
Officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command attended with police rescue, the public order and riot squad and central metropolitan region operations support group to issue move on directions to the group.
It's then alleged the 31-year-old man and four women, aged 29, 48, 60 and 70, refused to leave.
Police helped removed the group from the window before they were arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station.
The 60-year-old Wingham woman was charged with remain on prescribed premises without lawful excuse and wilful and obscene exposure in a public place.
She was granted conditional bail to face Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday, November 5.
The others were charged with a range of offences and will face court.
