A teenager is in a stable condition following a riding accident at Rainbow Flat on Sunday afternoon, September 13.

The 16-year-old girl was treated and stabilised at the scene for fractures and possible back injuries by Ambulance Service NSW paramedics and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter critical care medical team.
She was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle for further treatment just before 5pm.
Earlier that day the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was diverted from a reported serious motor vehicle accident at Bandon Grove near Dungog between a car and motorbike, to King Creek in the Wauchope area where it was reported a 60 year old man had fallen three metres through a roof.
The man has serious head injuries and possible back injuries. ASNSW paramedics and the helicopter critical care medical team stabilised the patient before he was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition.
