A four goal haul is believed to be a record for Mid Coast in the premier league. The match was the first played in the competition since March when the league was suspended because of COVID-19 restrictions after two matches.
"She can score a goal, Court,'' an elated Mid Coast coach Mick Grass said.
This was Mid Coast's first win of the season and Grass was generally happy with the performance.
"We led 3-0 at halftime and increased that to 4-0 in the second half,'' he said.
"Then we took our foot off the gas in the last 15 minutes and they scored two goals. We weren't going to lose the match, but playing out the 90 minutes is something we'll have to work on.
Chelsea Hall was the other goal scorer for Mid Coast. Nicola Learoyd was strong in the midfield.
"Everyone played their part,'' Grass said.
He added it was an important win for the side, especially with the season now shortened to two rounds.
Mid Coast play New Lambton in Newcastle next week.
