The money was handed over to RFS representatives at Wingham last week.
First prize was a whole body of beef, packaged professionally and all ready to go for the winner. It was drawn on May 4 and won by Michael Dumas. Albert Poini from Marlee RFS sold the winning ticket.
Wingham Beef Exports donated the steer, Wingham Gourmet Meat and Chicken broke up and packaged of the carcase while Drury's Stockfeeds for supplied the grain to grow and finish the steer.
Wingham Beef Week thank all those who supported the event
"We look forward to a bigger and better Beef Week in 2021,'' a spokesperson said.
