A Cundletown man will face Taree Local Court on Tuesday, July 21 charged with drug possession.

About 10pm on Saturday, May 9, Manning Great Lakes Police District officers attended a house on Cornwall Street in Taree and spoke with the 49-year-old man.
Following inquiries, an amount of amphetamines was located and the man admitted ownership. He stated the drugs were for personal use. The man was then charged.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old Bulahdelah man was issued with a cannabis caution on Saturday, May 9.
At 9.45pm, officers were patrolling Bulahdelah Way when the man and two friends were seen walking along the middle of the road.
When spoken to, the trio appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. All were searched with the Bulahdelah man found to be in possession of cannabis.
He admitted the drug was for his own use.
