Security screens were installed around the dressing shed/canteen area at the ground.
This follows a break-in earlier in early April, where thieves smashed a door and a window leading into the secretary's office and also gained access to the canteen.
Vandals lit a fire at the ground just before the start of 2018 Group Three Rugby League season, badly damaging the dressing rooms. The Bulls had to shift early seasons away from the Neal Oval until this was repaired.
Taree City president Michael Clarke hopes the screens will act as a deterrent.
The Bulls won't be using the ground this year as the Group Three senior competition has been cancelled following a vote by clubs last weekend. However, it may be required for junior football.
