The artwork, Weston Super Mare, went under the auctioneer's hammer on Sunday, exceeding its estimated maximum sale price of $20,000.
Banksy's homage to British coastal towns was the highest bid of the event, organised by art collectors Sandra Powell and Andrew King.
Artwork is still available online this week and the funds will be donated to the Victorian government's bushfire appeal.
The exhibition included nearly 100 works from Australian and international street artists such as Rone, Adnate and D*Face donated by a range of artists, collectors and galleries.
Pieces by Melbourne-based artists Rone and Adnate sold for $13,000 and $11,000 respectively.
