Hudson Rose plays country music which is inspired by Kelsea Ballerini, Morgan Evans, Keith Urban and Melanie Dyer.
Despite being a one-girl show she creates a bigger performance with lots of energy through the use of a loop pedal and stomp box.
Those who have seen her perform live said they've been amazed by her strong voice and the way she connects with her audience.
"We are so blessed to have great talent in our area," said Bent on Food proprietor Donna Carrier.
