Beth cut the ribbon on the new hangar, which replaces a structure that was built more than 60 years ago.
In March of 2019, strong winds blew the roof off the hangar, with debris narrowly missing the club's Cessna 172 Skyhawk, VH - IHK. The same storm ripped the roof from Manning River Rowing Club.
After cutting the ribbon on October 20, Beth shared some memories from the club's early days. The hangar, she said, used to do double duty as a meeting place, a venue for club dinners and, most memorably, two club gala balls.
Manning River Aero Club is appreciative of Beth's ongoing patronage.
