This marvellous blend of theatre, comedy, dance and pop culture will have you smiling from ear to ear all the way through, and to mark this very special event, there will be a cast Meet and Greet in the foyer following the show and we'll provide nibbles and a complimentary drink.
If you've ever despaired at the vagaries of modern love and courtship, Blue Love will be right up your alley, as the characters Glenn and Rhonda Flume hilariously navigate their way through the perils and triumphs of modern relationships. It's a show packed with tongue in cheek references to works of art and the art of pop, delivered with gusto and good humour.
Shaun Parker and Jo Stone star as the couple trying to work out what love's "got to do, got to do with it" and their performance was hailed by the Sydney Morning Herald as "so much fun it can't possibly be good for you!"
Escape your lovesick blues, grab a bestie and head to Blue Love for a fat dose of funny with a post-show soiree. We can't wait to raise a glass with you!
John Waters sings Dylan
On Friday, October 25 at 7.30pm, John Waters is revisiting the illustrious Bob Dylan songbook in his new show Bob Dylan Revisited.
From "Blowin' in the Wind" to "Like A Rolling Stone", "Hurricane" to "Knocking on Heaven's Door." Hear the songs that changed the world, performed by an artist whose world was changed by Dylan's songs.
It's a tribute to Bob Dylan as distinct as the man himself.
John Waters is one of Australia's leading actor/singers with a long and varied career that took off in Australia when he played Claude in "Hair" and Pontius Pilot in "Jesus Christ Superstar. Since then he's been a regular on Australian television, appearing in everything from Playschool to All Saints and Offspring.
His most well known musical foray to date has been "Looking Through A Glass Onion", which toured Australia many times over the years and played 120 performances at the Union Square Theatre in Manhattan, New York.
