The display, which is also an opportunity to support the drought relief appeal, has been created by Taree and District Garden Club with garden furniture being made and supplied by Taree Showground Men's Shed.
For the next two weeks, during the school holidays, visitors to Taree Craft Cottage will be able to explore the indoor garden which is located next to the Cottage Café.
The stars of the show are a range of sensational clivias in colours ranging from delicate yellows to deep burnt oranges.
With their contrasting deep green strappy leaves and large, bell shaped blooms in colours not normally seen in the average garden, these beautiful potted plants are a showstopper.
Add to this the bromeliads, begonias, nodding violets, succulents, peace lilies and lush potted greenery - and the idyllic scene is complete.
The garden features a wishing well and visitors will be invited to toss in some money and make a wish for the farmers with all proceeds going to the farmers drought relief appeal.
Taree and District Garden Club is currently inviting enquiries from people interested in joining their club and pamphlets will be available at Taree Craft Cottage.
The display opened on Monday, September 30 and continues for two weeks until Friday, October 11.
Taree Craft Cottage is on the corner of High and Pulteney Streets, Taree and opens from 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1pm Saturdays. Entry is free. Enquiries to Pam on 6552 5552.
