He led all the way and with a final score of 292 for the 72 holes was 14 shots ahead of the runner-up, multiple champion, Matthew Walz.
This is Craig's first win in the championship and from all appearances will not be his last. Craig also is the 2019 senior champion.
Nett champions in A-grade were Steven Carr (287) and Mark Rinortner (288).
B-grade champion was Tony McMaster (334) from Neihana Kidwell with Bryan Schmitzer (280) and Greg Watman (282) the nett winners.
Terry Green (357) was the comfortable winner in C-grade from Kyle McMaster (365) with Jesse Googh (279) and George Baird (232) the best in the nett.
There were 90 players in the final round of the championships. Winner in A-grade was Peter Walz (67) from Bruce Hoad (70) and Steven Nye (70) with Craig Allport claiming the best gross score with a fine 72 despite the pressure of the final round.
Big hitting Neihana Kidwell was the best in B-grade from Graeme Noble (69) and Greg Watman (70).
Tony McMaster defied the last round pressure to fire an impressive 82 to win the gross score. Up and coming young golfer Harrison Golledge (65) was best in C-grade from Andrew Ellem (70) and Terry Green (71).
Garry Leslie (87) won the gross. There were 29 players who won balls with a score of 74 or better.
