Only five of the 18 strong squad come from southern clubs - hooker Oscar Carey from Taree City, Old Bar forwards Jared Wooster and Joel Dark, Forster-Tuncurry second rower Max Elliott and Wingham utility forward Tate Grofos.
The game, to kick off at noon, will be used as a trial for the North Coast under 23 team to play in the 2020 Country Championships.
