The development application (DA) for the four storey, 40 unit development at 39 Josephine Boulevard has been submitted by the Roche Group. There is also one level of basement car parking.
The proposed units sit beside Harrington Waters Golf Clubhouse.
The DA is on public exhibition and submissions close at 4.30pm on Friday, July 12.
A 'statement of environmental effects' was prepared by Willowtree Planning which said the proposed development was considered to be in the public interest "as it will deliver greater housing diversity for the residents of the MidCoast LGA."
The development would "result in a positive planning outcome, with high levels of residential amenity for new residential accommodation located in an existing residential area which has good connections to shops, services and the greater road network."
