Traffic crews will return later to complete the clean-up.
Recovery of the b-double's load of bricks will be undertaken over coming days.
According to Live Traffic, the bricks are in the median.

All southbound lanes have reopened on the Pacific Highway at Coolongolook following a truck crash this morning.
The truck has been cleared but one of two northbound lanes remains closed while the clean-up is carried out.
A reduced speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour is in place, so motorists are advised to slow down and exercise caution.

A B-double truck crashed on the Pacfic Highway at Coolongolook in the early hours of Tuesday, June 11.
According to Live Traffic NSW, the truck crashed about 5am on the highway between Melaleuca Drive and Willina Road.
Intermittent stoppages were in place during the vehicle salvage operation.
A contraflow was in place in both directions of the highway. This used the northbound carriageway to travel past the accident. Traffic was very heavy.
Meanwhile, a car crashed on the Pacific Highway near Herons Creek this morning.
A tow truck and emergency services assisted the removal of the vehicle from the centre median.
