Organised by Taree Artists, artists in the area are called to submit their work and join the fun in competing for prizes and selling their artwork.
There are several categories to enter, including oil or acrylic painting, watercolour, pastel, mixed media, drawing, miniatures and three dimensional works. More than $6000 in prize money is on offer.
Entry forms are available from the Manning Regional Art Gallery, Taree Craft Cottage (corner Pulteney and High Streets) and Price Pirates in Manning Street.

The entry form gives information on conditions of entry, cost and delivery instructions. Entry forms must be received by post no later than June 11. Emailed entry forms will not be accepted.
The Taree Open Art Exhibition is the only major, annual art exhibition in the Manning Valley and is attended by more than 1000 visitors.
Held at the Taree High School Hall, the official opening is at 1.30pm on Saturday July 13. The exhibition then runs from Sunday July 14 to Sunday July 21, open 9am to 4pm daily, except the last Sunday, when it closes at 2pm.
