As I am unable to drive and our van was parked quite a distance away, I had to walk several blocks each day to visit him and return to the van to sleep.
Luckily I came across several wonderful members of your community, including Pam and Allan Eyb from the Taree Craft Cottage, who showed us great kindness and helped us find a way to move the van to a safer and closer location.
I would like to publicly thank Pam and Allan, as well as a generous man named Jeff, who assisted me in operating the van in a time of great distress.
We would also like to thank Karen from the ICU for introducing us to Pam and Allan, and all the members of the Manning Hospital who took care of my husband and myself during our stay.
We are incredibly thankful to these sympathetic and kind-hearted individuals for their aid and continued assistance and plan to return to Taree very soon.
Eternally grateful, we hope your generosity is returned in kind.
