A statewide Total Fire Ban has been declared for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12, due to hot, dry and very windy conditions across NSW.
The NSW Rural Fire Service said there are difficult and dangerous fire conditions tomorrow.
Currently there are no fires causing concern in the Manning Valley. In the Mid Coast region a bush fire at Bungwahl is listed as under control.
A strong wind warning has been issued for our coast and the mercury is tipped to reach 37 degree Celsius in the Manning on Tuesday.
Winds northwest to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h tending west to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the morning then becoming light in the evening.
The Bureau of Meteorology says light coastal winds under the influence of the high will turn north to northeasterly and freshen in most areas today Monday ahead of the next cold front.
This front is forecast to push a strong southerly change through the region later Tuesday and Wednesday.
The southerly will bring some relief with a drop in temperature on Wednesday and a possible shower on Thursday and Friday.
