TAREE West and United both recorded a win and a loss from the opening two Mid North Coast T20 cricket rounds.

Both Taree West’s games were at the Johnny Martin Oval. In the opening match against Wauchope RSL, Wauchope batted first and Aaron Hagenbach top scored with 20 in a total of 9/102.
Josh Meldrum and Jamil Ahmed both took 2/16 for the West.
Taree West scored the runs for the loss of five wickets in 17 overs.
Ryan Williams with 42 and Angus Gregory 37 led the run charge. Tony Brown finished with 2/19 and Aaron Hagenbach 2/24 for Wauchope.
United lost to Wingham in the opening round.
However, United hit form in the second round against Taree West at Johnny Martin.
Taree West could only manage 75. Sam Whitbread 3/16, Dean Mills 3/14 and Tom Burley 2/11 did the damage for United.
Ryan Yates cracked 32 as United scored the required runs for the loss of two wickets.
Wingham downed United and Wauchope RSL in the other fixtures.
Next Saturday United plays Wauchope RSL at Chatham Park while Wingham meets Taree West at Johnny Martin. Both games start at 1pm.
