The town needs a swimming pool that is easily accessible to school and other community groups.
It is ideal where it is.
The bridge does need replacing but not the highway grade overpass that was preferred by the administrator prior to our elected council.
Where is the point in losing the swimming pool and getting an overpass if after that overpass ends we are still driving on the network of potholes that make up roads in Wingham.
Is the overpass for the cattle trucks and B double trucks?
There doesn't seem to be the volume of throughput at the abattoir to justify any change at Cedar Party Creek apart from a replacement bridge.
Something in keeping with the 'historical town’ please.
Mikala Five,
Wingham
