Led by impressive batting performances by Dylan Wesley (39 runs) and Jamil Ahmad (35 runs), Manning Hospital set a total of 148 for Mayo to chase.
Match organiser Paul Cox said the Mayo team shared the wickets around, with Aaron Bailey and Brian Neale picking up a few each.
In reply, Mayo fell just seven runs short, giving the victory to Manning.
Aaron Bailey (36 runs) and captain Greg Gibson (32 not out) were the pick of the Mayo batsmen.
Cox said Manning captain Purvish Patel and Chris Lam bowled well at the death. He said music and a barbecue added to the fun on the day.
“It was a great day and everybody played in the right spirit,” Cox said.
He said that it was a “sad day” at the Mayo on October 30 and they will be looking to exact revenge.
Cox said it will hopefully become an annual event.
