A free barbecue breakfast and entertainment will begin at 7.30am.
The official ceremony will begin at 9am with a traditional Welcome to Country, a flag placement, Young Speaker's address by Manning Valley Anglican College captains, citizenship and public affirmation ceremonies, ambassador's address and winners of the Australia Day Manning Region awards will be announced from the following categories:
Citizen of the Year: nominees are Graham Brown, Romae Muggleton and Carolyn Thompson.
Young citizen of the year: nominees are Chelsea Hands, Baxter Pattison, Laura Polson and Benjamin Williams.
Community event of the year: nominees are Black Head Beach Head2Head Ocean Classic, Crowdy Head Triathlon Festival, Rotary District 9650 Conference, Wingham Summertime Rodeo.
Ken McDonald Memorial Sportstar of the Year: nominees are Reid Brown, Mark Chicken, Wade Harry, Makayla Cornall, Kye Cornall, Jack Hyde
The ceremony will finish by 10am and will be followed by a morning tea in the foyer put on by local service clubs.
