The Manning River Times last week revealed they packed more than 2300 kilos of lollies and the proceeds purchased a diverse range of equipment valued at more than $11,650 for Manning Hospital.
Pink Ladies president Corinne Lang (pictured) also provided lolly sales statistics that were startling in quantity and so we decided to ask you in an online reader poll – What is your top Manning Hospital Pink Ladies lolly?
The Red Frog topped the reader poll and also sales at Manning Hospital with 321 kilos bagged last year. However, there was variation in the reader poll and sales for second and third position. Readers voted Strawberries and Cream to second position and Musk Sticks took out third place.
A quick look to the Pink Ladies sales statistics saw Jersey Caramels take out number two position with 171 kilos, followed by Spearmint Leaves with 152 kilos.
