Special guests included Club Taree president Carl Guy and TDNA life members Lorraine Yarrad, Anne Smith, Rhonda Sourry, Val Smith, Rae Madden, Ruth Smith, Lindy King, Marion Neale and Lorraine Phillips.
Association president Ruth Smith spoke of the many highlights that the year brought including the success of the open team in the State League; the success of the Net Set Go program which saw 32 children participate in the grass roots level of netball; the 14s State Age representative team crowned the winners of division four and the 13s finishing runners up in division three; the 14s and15s winning the Parade of Districts in division four. Ruth also thanked many volunteers who regularly gave up their time to help the association in so many ways.
Major award winners of the evening were:
Service to TDNA Mark Sheather: Mark has been a tireless worker for the association over the past three years. He always puts his hand up to help when it is needed. He has been a valued representative team nanager who has taken on many extra duties throughout the year.
Ruth Smith Award for contribution to netball: Claire King. Claire has been the association registrar for the past two years and this on its own is a huge job. She also took on the role of acting rep co-ordinator this year and this saw her dedicate endless hours to help with the smooth running of the week to week competition as well as the State championship and State age teams.

At the 2014 annual meeting Lorraine Phillips was voted to become the 12th life member of the association and Lorraine was presented with her badge and flowers by the two most recent life members, Ruth Smith and Lindy King.
