IT's coffee that warms the heart especially on a Tuesday.
That's the idea behind Jack and Co's '20 cent Tuesdays' a charitable initiative that gives 20 cents from each coffee sold on a Tuesday, to a local charity.
This month's charity is #TEAMBRENDANM which supports the Maloney family of Old Bar via Cancerosity.
Brendan Maloney was diagnosed with a sarcoma, a malignant cancer, causing him to lose his right leg to the disease in March of 2015.
#TEAMBRENDANM was created by family members and friends to fundraise for his ongoing treatment, and to support Brendan and his wife Callie, and their children Baden and Tyra.
An auction night will be held at Club Old Bar on August 8 to further fundraise for the family.
Comedian Andy Saunders will MC the night, and those attending are urged to dress in colours of the rainbow - the symbol of #TEAMBRENDANM.
Katie Marteene, a committee member of #TEAMBRENDANM, said they are so appreciative of the donations they have received for the auction.
Some of these include a CaesarStone bench top valued at $5000 from Edstein's Creative Stone, a $500 voucher from Earl's Turf and a family portrait package from The Photography Hub.
Tickets are $30, and include canap s. They are available to purchase now from Club Old Bar.
Last month's '20 cent Tuesdays' charity was Manning Valley Anglican College who raised $454.20 for its COLA (covered outdoor learning area) through Jack and Co.
