They are taken from his book The Digger’s View, a joint project with Kent Rowe Digital Print. Hundreds of WWI images have been painstakingly restored and colourised by hand.
Mr Mahony said the aim was to bring an immediacy to the WWI experience and accurately portray how the Diggers saw themselves.
