Kim Saville, director of international relations, will talk about the inspirational work that is carried out at the School of St Jude and how it has grown from a tiny school of one teacher and three pupils to over 1,900 students, 350 local Tanzanian staff, three campuses and a fleet of 20 school buses.
The briefing will be at 7am on Tuesday, April 7, at the Valley Cafe in Manning Street.
A bacon and egg breakfast with coffee or tea will be available for $15.
Patrons are asked to arrive at 7am to order breakfast and be seated by 7.20am for Kim’s presentation.
