"Scott has turned a dodgy course proper into one of the best performing tracks in NSW,'' Mr Coleman said.
"This has been shown by the increase in TAB turnover while no meetings were lost due to wet weather. The continued support of Group One trainers from the metropolitan and provincial areas is testament to Scott's work.''
Mr Coleman added that the Winning Post Function Centre at the track complex was used 53 times for activities not related to racing.
"This is an increase from last year and can be attributed to the efforts of function centre manager Greg Hile and head chef Tegan Lynch,'' he said.
As reported last Friday, Mr Coleman was returned as chairmnan of the race club, with Neil Dignam vice chairman and Geoff Watman the treasurer.
Taree-Wingham races again on Sunday December 21.
