And it's nothing new for this rising star of poultry competitions.
The seven-year-old finished first and second in the large hen eggs category and first in the bantam eggs category, including four firsts and two seconds, during this year's Taree Show poultry competition.
It was the third year in a row she had taken out those awards at the Taree Show, after first competing from the age of just three.
The Manning Valley Anglican College student also finished as the junior Ancona bantam champion.
Katie said there were a number of key elements judges looked at with the presentation of her eggs.
"The white has to stick to the yolk and also has to be a nice colour and they have to match," she said,
"They have to have a strong shell, a nice taste and a nice orange yolk."
The young agricultural star treasured her growing number of awards.
"We put them in a photo album. We've got lots and lots of awards and I like looking at them," she said.
With an impressive showing at the Taree Show, her father Peter said she had also excelled on the big stage at Sydney.
"She was awarded first and second for the best table eggs in Australia for the past two years running at the Royal Easter Show," he said.
"No one's ever won best table eggs for two years in a row there. It's a pretty hard thing to get best table eggs in Australia for one year, let alone two,
"And to come both first and second is unheard of."
Peter said his daughter had once again shown her natural talent with another successful haul at the Taree Show.
"Everything she entered she won, she's done an amazing job," he said.
The proud father said Katie's natural talent was a family trait.
"I'd say it's been bred into her, as her grandfather won numerous competitions," he said.
"And her brother also competes and they've helped her in her first years."
