TAREE RSL Sub-branch wishes to contact descendants of the 36 servicemen and women from Taree who gave their lives in the Great War of 1914-18 and whose names are inscribed on the Victoria Street side of the clock memorial.

AS part of the Centenary of Anzac 2015, and at the Taree Anzac Day ceremony it is planned that the descendants would be given a silver cross inscribed with the words "Lest We Forget" to be placed on the clock memorial, as a mark of respect from the people of the Manning.
