Perry won 11-4, 10-12, 11-6, 11-5.
Brown knocked Perry out of the singles competition at the Delhi Games.
Brown will now focus on the mixed doubles, where she and Cam Pilley are the defending gold medallists.
"We're looking forward to getting stuck in," she said.
