Promoter Tony Walsh said no decision has yet been made, however, he was ecstatic with the success of the two day event which was conducted in perfect conditions.
The event also attracted strong crowds.
"It was a great weekend,'' Walsh said.
"We haven't made a decision on what's going to happen next year, but at this stage I'd say we'll be coming back.
The event also proved to be a triumph for Troy Marland, who won two world championships.
Marland took out the unlimited displacement event and the 6 litre displacement. He piloted Madness to win the unlimited and Sick Puppy in the 6 litre.
Alf Aborn in Airborne and Chris Edmunds Toxic filled the minor places in the unlimited displacement with Chris Hearne in Explicit and Paul Harvey in True Blue on the podium in the 6 litre.
Taree driver Ryan McIntosh in Sacrifice finished in fourth place in the 6 litre.
This continues Marland's domination of powerboat racing on the Manning this year after he won all the major events at Taree Aquatic Powerboat Club's Easter Classic.
Rhys Coles Marine Racing took out the SST120 Global Challenge from Corey Davoll in Team 95. Simon Troy filled third place.
A total of 42 races were decided over the two days.
