Wonderful water activities kept kids cool and happy as they slipped down the water slide and frolicked under a cascading fountain. Outside in the sunshine, a queue of kids led to the jumping castle, face and tattoo painting areas. Music created a festival atmosphere and freshly cooked sausages filled the tummy's of hungry, kids and happy parents.

Centre manager Melissa Morgan said the fun day was a huge success with hundreds of children coming to the centre for the school holiday event.

"Once the kids paid the $2 entry fee access to all the other activities was free," Melissa explained.

"We were so busy and received so much positive feedback about the event. It was great to see so many kids having fun."
