VERY warm conditions prevailed for the competition shoot on the 600 yards range and there were some very good scores from Steve Southwell, visitor Mike Millen and Tony Galati.

Also visitors from Forster, husband and wife Louise and Richard Oxenbould, shot for the first time with Richard scoring extremely well.
A grade was won by Steve Southwell with a fantastic100.11, followed by Mike Millen with 99.10, Peter Thurtell fired an excellent second round of 50.7 for a total of 98.10, Jim Blackmore scored 97.6, Wendy Moon 95.8, and Tony Moon finished on 94.8.
B grade was won by Chris Barnard who fired 95.5, followed by Barry White 92.2 and Max Purnell on 90.8. Barnard also broke a C grade record in his second round.
F class was totally blitzed by Tony Galati who shot two great rounds for a total score of 114.4, followed by Mike Rogerson 109.3, visitor Richard Oxenbould who shot an excellent second round of 55.1 for a total of 107.2.
Then followed Gordon Higgins who scored a personal best of 106.4, Robert Taylor 105.2, junior Ronan Moon 104.3, visitor Stewart Waugh first time shoot fired a good 102.2, junior Todd Barnard 101, visitor Roy Gress 96.2. Bev Rogerson fired one round only for 53.2, and visitor Louise Oxenbould shot one round only due to the heat for 45.
The handicap trophy was won by Chris Barnard.
