With the 2014 event receiving unprecedented interest from racers across the globe, organisers, Troy Bayliss Events, has confirmed the guest rider line-up will increase to 36.
Miller and Halbert join an already impressive rider line up that includes:
o Three-time World Speedway Champion Jason Crump
o World Supersport champion and Moto GP race winner Chris Vermeulen
o The 2013 Classic winner and AMA flat tracker Mick Kirkness
o Legend TT racer Cameron Donald
o Moto GP/WSBK and current Moto 2 racer Anthony West
o Three-time World Superbike champion and Moto GP race winner Troy Bayliss
Miller, who on the weekend achieved his best result in Moto 3, finishing fifth in Misano, has just been signed to arguably the best Moto 3 team in the field - Red Bull KTM.
"I am looking forward to getting on it with the boys at the Troy Bayliss Classic," Miller said.
"It will be great to catch up with everyone and get back to good old fashioned grass roots racing back on the dirt."
Sammy Halbert boasts an impressive list of results within the highly competitive AMA flat track ranks.
"Being invited to race the Troy Bayliss Classic is a huge honour," Habert said. "Racing Aussie-style dirt track will put my versatility to the test, but I'm looking forward to giving it a go.
"It'll be my first time visiting Australia, which makes it even more exciting.
Event patron Troy Bayliss acknowledged the 2009 AMA Pro Grand National Champion will bring experience at the highest level to this event.
'It is fantastic to confirm Jack and Sammy to the Classic," Bayliss said.
"Jack is well on the way on the way to a successful road race career and Sammy has won some of the most prestigious AMA flat track events on the planet.''
The Troy Bayliss Classic has propelled flat track racing into the spotlight in Australia and with the funding from this year'a event, the Taree Motorcycle Club has been able to improve their facilities and increase viewing capacity for the 2014 event.
Tickets are currently on sale and are expected to sell out fast. The Troy Bayliss Classic presented by Insure My Ride and MOTO EXPO will also include a number of support categories including junior flat track, ATVs, sidecars and senior flat track.
