Taree was the second stop on the orchestra’s four-day tour of the Hunter, Mid North Coast and Clarence Valley.
A capacity crowd on Wednesday night delighted in the orchestra’s performance. Yesterday more than 250 local school students participated in an educational workshop which enabled them to interact with classical music and members of the orchestra. It is hoped the orchestra will return to the MEC in three years.
