Since its launch on March 8, the machine has accepted more than 150,000 drink containers.
That equates to about 50,000 containers per week.

NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) acting chair and CEO Anissa Levy thanked the community for their support of the scheme.
“Whether you regularly return or are joining in for the first time, you can exchange your eligible drink containers by visiting a collection point and claiming either your 10 cent voucher or a PayPal e-payment refund from a reverse vending machine, or a cash refund from an over the counter site,” Ms Levy said.
“There are now more than 500 collection points across NSW including reverse vending machines, over the counter sites and automated depots for large returns, with more being rolled out each week.”
More than 187 million containers have been returned state wide since the scheme was launched in December 2017.

The Old Bar Tavern machine is open daily between 7am and 10pm.
What do you need to do to return and earn?
Most drink containers between 150 mililitres and three litres are eligible.
This includes glass, plastic, aluminium, steel and some cartons.
Returned containers do not need to be in pristine condition but should be emptied and uncrushed.
The label must be intact to ensure it can be scanned at the collection point for the 10 cent return.
Any issues with collection points can be reported to TOMRA Cleanaway on 1800 290 691.
