Gallery goers were given an insight into the work of members of the Untethered Fibre Artists collective at Manning Regional Art Gallery on Saturday, January 8.
Group member Robyn McGrath led attendees around the exhibition, explaining the intent and processes of the work of each of the 19 artists involved in the exhibition, Signatures: the mark as the embodiment of identity and intent.
Robyn explained the exhibition is about showing the 'signatures' of the members.
"It shows very special aspects of our member's work," Robyn said.
There are around 20 members in the Untethered Fibre Artists group, all with differing textile practices, including felting, embroidery, painting, calligraphy, paper work and printing, wearable art and others.
Signatures is a travelling exhibition and is on show at the Manning Regional Art Gallery until January 22.
The Manning Regional Art Gallery is in Macquarie Street, Taree and is open 10am to 4pm Tuesdays to Saturdays.
"We just love coming to the Manning and I think we are coming in two years' time again," Robyn said.
